CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We're looking to add to our team a full-time Customer Service Representative. This is a high energy, high exposure opportunity at our office located in Avon, Ohio. The chosen candidate will be responsible for customer relations, invoicing, order processing, and working closely with others throughout the organization to create customer success.
Previous experience (3+ yrs) in customer service required. Experience in the chemicals and/or distribution industry is a plus. In addition, demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills are a must as are the ability to work in a team environment, prioritize work assignments, and act independently to resolve potential conflicts. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
